Would this be an example of what you are referring to? My players seem to be wearing white shirts and gray pants.

I'm not sure what you mean by your first question. Maybe I changed a setting. For me, they're always white or grey.
Attached is an example. In fact, in this image, you can see it looks like the pitcher has a mostly grey uniform while the third baseman has a grey top and white bottoms while the first baseman is in all-white. And these colors will sometimes switch back and forth for the same player during the same play.
Maybe I changed a setting that is causing this. I did just now try turning off player shadows, but that didn't fix this issue.
