The rules are pretty self-explanatory but the idea is it is a historic league that will be starting in the 1969 season, the reason for the 1969 season is not only is it the first year for Kansas City Royals, Montreal Expos and San Diego Padres- BUT it is the only season that the Seattle Pilots ever existed.
I know a lot of you guys want Modern Leagues - but this is for those that may not - checkout the rules and signup if it sounds interesting
