I have further info for this issue. I have noticed that I'm able to somewhat work around the freezing. Strangely, when I click to add a team or a division, as long as I alt-tab and go to another app, it seems to add what I want.
I am doing this regularly because I am inputting all High School teams from each state.
Don't know if that makes sense, but it is what I am finding and was hoping it would help OOTPDev troubleshoot the issue with large leagues.
