I'm familiar with allowing/disallowing cameras in dynamic use, but I'm not quite sure how to make my own cameras.
The only way to make camera views is in the stadium editor. Move the camera to wherever you want and either overwrite the current or give it a name to make a new one.

There is no way to make them while in a game and watching replay. You can only change camera settings IE zoom, delay, transition etc. and see if it helps. The only thing I can think of for OF play as of now would be to keep the camera zoomed out or zoom turned off. I've toyed with the idea of seeing how far out I could set the zoom, while running replays, to get a better view of these throws. Tradeoff being far back from all of the plays but still seeing the stadium from different angles with the dynamic view.

Hopefully in the future the dynamic camera becomes "smarter" and selects cameras that can give a full view.
