When you try and play the game again you may (I don't know for sure) have re-enter your liscence information. (Check your email for the receipt or the OOTP4 directory) After that call Via Tech and they will restore the lost liscence (if you lost one) if you prove purchase. If you have problems than Via Tech is the place to call for help.
