Curious if there is a setting. I noticed that the AI is leaving in starters deep into games and usually don't pull until they have gotten a couple of runners on and they don't get pulled until they have given up runs, often times blowing the lead and causing the team to lose the game. This is the CPU I am playing against while I am managing the game.

The starters are typically pitching well, but they have crossed into the yellow on fatigue. I think i have -4 on hook for starting pitchers in the league strategy. The league recently evolved to 25 man rosters and the bullpens are set for 7 relievers. It doesn't feel like their bullpens are spent in the cases that I have seen. It just feels like the AI waits too long. After 2 or 3, either walks or hits and then the inevitable double or homerun that clears the bases.
