I have yet to get my standalone version to launch. I've reinstalled several times, but nothing.

I get this error:
"OOTP found the crash_on_startup flag is set. Obviously the game crashed when you started it last time. OOTP will reset the graphics settings to default values. You can set them back later in the game preferences menu."

This happened on the very first launch.
It gives me that error, then simply crashes. I've tried running as Admin as well.
