filled in a ticket and getting no response to my issue

I am not sure how this works exactly. My game crashes everytime I try to play out a game (as opposed to simming). I filled in a ticket, added the required information and attached a trace file. I am getting no responses from the OOTP technical support. Right now I have a game I can't play and no idea of what to do.
The game was working fine on my computer for weeks (since the release). My windows 10 is fully updated as is OOTP. Honestly, the lack of response is really frustrating.

Please respond with some direction
