If you have the 3d model, you can use the in game 3d editor to get what you want if you feel like doing a little extra work

- open the park in 3d editor 3D view
- either copy a blimp cam from another park or move the camera to an overhead view like the image attached
- take a screenshot (save as .png to the ballparks/models/(parkfolder)
- in the park editor, choose the image for the diagram view
- play with the ball locations on the field to get them correctly lined up.

* if you want to get rid of the crowd and just keep the field, you can edit the image in photoshop or wherever and remove the surrounding area.
