I am playing OOTP 2021.
I started this run last year, but haven't played for maybe six months. Now that I picked the game back up, almost every trade response shows up in my inbox as "expired" even when it is a trade that has just been agreed to that day.
The below image shows exactly this happening. Please note that this was the first response to an offseason trade.
This is happening on about 80% of all trades. It is making the GM side of the game nearly unplayable.
