There are a lot of new things that aren't so obvious and no one will know until the devs are kind enough to grace us with that knowledge.

But "Handle Development" and "Handle Aging" are pretty obvious, that the first, if better, means young players will improve faster and the second, if better, means as players age they'll lose less.

It's possible they affect managers' ability to get along (good relationships) with young/old players as well, and just as possible that they don't, so that would be the only mystery.

"Influence Mechanics" is a little less clear until someone gives us an authoritative answer, which I sure hope comes soon. It may be the same as the other two but just applies in a players' prime, or it may be a modifier to all coaching by the coach of any age player at any skill. That one has more that we don't know about, mostly its scope.
