With that said, I can’t think of a recent real life Rule 5 draft where no one were picked. There are usually about 5-10 players picked per year in the MLB 1st round. This past December, there were 16 players.
But in my experience with OOTP, the AI rarely picks in this draft even in past versions where good prospects were unprotected.
Ive been only able to see activity here in the past with certain setting tweaks.
