Sorry for not posting this correctly first.

I submitted the league file under the name of:
RegionIssue.lg.7z


Instructions to recreate:

1. Create a fictional league using a Region
2. Delete all players
3. Fill teams with fictional players.
4. League no longer produces players from that region
5. Add another league to universe using a region
6. Players are not created using the region specified

I'm happy to provide more details if necessary
