So take, for example, Ball Player. He is drafted as a 20/45 prospect. Over his time in the minors, he works with a Rookie coach with a rating of Excellent in Influence Mechanics and he jumps to a 30/60 prospect. In AA he works with a coach with an Outstanding rating in Handle Development and jumps to 55/60. Then as he gets older in the majors, he has a manager or bench coach with a Legendary rating in Handle Aging, and he turns into Nelson Cruz, so he's still hitting 30 homers a season in his 40's.

This is how I understood the categories as well but would love if someone in the know could confirm!
