Couldn't find this elsewhere--seems to be a few new coach ratings:

-Influence mechanics
-Handles development
-Handles aging

What do these do? I assume "handles aging" might help delay the decline phase? Does "influence mechanics" impact pitchers only? Or hitters too? If so, how?

Edit:
There's also "teach running" and "in-game running." I assume the former improves baserunning and stealing ratings, and the latter might impact how well players do in a specific game? Is in-game running something I want my 1B and 3B coaches to rate highly in? My manager too?
