Edit: forgot to mention how much I'm loving the perfect draft format anyways, it totally rules.
Tired is less than 60% at the start of the game, so if your player is at 60% he's not tired and will play and then look really bad at the end of the game. And if you have several of those starting at or near 60% it will look like the AI is messing up, but it is not. You could go into the strategy settings and change the level of tiredness for each player, but for a one and done team, I'll pass. Everybody is in the same boat.
