If it is the L10, how about a PT global setting to turn it off on the 'Manage Cards' screen? At least as a workaround: If we get stuck, we turn it off, set a filter at least and then turn it back on (or not). Right now, I cannot do anything once I hit this screen, especially since the people over on the other side of the big pond are up and active.
