Maybe create some fictional business names like fictional player names.
I understand why ootp may not be able to use real ads but maybe allow modders to modify ads.
You would think a ballpark looks much better without ads but to me it seems strange without the ads.
However at the same time you don't want to over do it either.

There is an advertisements folder. I would think users should be able to mod this. It won't add more ads, but should at least give the ability to change them
