This issue seems to have carried over from OOTP 21.

If my system goes to sleep and wakes up while OOTP was running, the OOTP screen is black and unresponsive.

I'm 99% sure there is a confirmation dialog of some kind open, as if I moved the mouse pointer around it will switch from the arrow to the finger pointer.

In 21 I kinda had the dialogs memorized so I'd blindly click and was able to exit out cleanly, however I don't have that benefit in 22 so I killed the process for fear of confirming something I didn't want to.
