My debug reports are empty, likely because the game isn't crashing. It's just not handling the switch to full-screen mode. The only way I was able to get this to work was if I did what was suggested above and switched windows to 100% scaling instead of the recommended 150%. The problem with that is it makes everything else on the computer really small if you go to do anything else. My screen resolution is 2560 x 1440. I hope this helps!
