I can understand the desire to rearrange rosters. What I don't understand is why the AI thinks that waiver and DFA is needed. Every player in the game has three option years available, and none of the minor leagues has roster limits on. (I leave those off until shortly before Opening Day, since that seems to make cogitation easier for the AI.)

Can anybody figure out what's going on?
Are there issues with Secondary Roster limits?
