Brian Bowden grounds one to short, but Ken DeMinico throws the ball away for a 2 base error! Ken Yockey flies out to left. Ray McDonald lines out to short and they double Bowden off at 2nd........

Rudy Purcell doubles to center....... Kim Byrne swings at a 3-2 pitch and misses! Jose Castillo flies out to deep right and Purcell goes to 3rd. Mike Hughes lines one hard to deep center, but Dickie Stemen runs it down!

Don Kern grounds a hit to right, gets bunted to 2nd by P Jim Baucom and goes to 3rd on a ground out. Ken Yockey grounds a hit to left and Kern scores! 1 to 0, Jays!
