The Diamond, home of the Richmond Flying Squirrels
The home of the Richmond Braves from 1985 through 2008, the park became the home of the Flying Squirrels for the 2010 season. The park is also the home field for Virginia Commonwealth University's baseball team.
Long known as a pitcher's haven, the fences were slated to be moved in prior to the 2020 season, although exact distances had yet to be determined and the actual reconfiguration was delayed due to the pandemic. An article I found referred to the corners remaining at 330 feet, power alleys now being "between 375 and 380 feet" and center field being 400 feet, thus making the alleys approximately 8-10 feet shorter than the original dimensions, and with a visible gap between the walls. Unfortunately the only image I could find of the new fence configuration was basically a close-up of a chain-link fence which didn't give me enough to go on so it is not modeled, but the approximated new dimensions
were used to determine the park factors.
