I support that suggestion.
Chose this color palette for my icon pack too.
I chose jersey main color and the jersey second color as color highlight.
Of course that means most away jersey are white, but thats close to reality and also matches the main color of the top scoreboard.
I tzry to figure out which colors are used here... main jersey color as background but letter color differs from team to team it seems...
