Have tried to do most things on trouble-shooting, I work as IT technician so this is sort of in my zone, I have froze up 4 times during opening packs, and the last card in each pack has been a good card, when that happens, it doesn't seem to make the call to display all 6 cards on the screen. Hope that is a good lead on that problem.
