I know in real-life MLB if a team calls up a player for the first time in the playoffs, the service time and arbitration clocks don't start (the Twins with Alex Kirilloff, Rays with Shane McClanahan and the Padres with Ryan Weathers did this last year).

Does this apply in OOTP as well? I'm coming up on the playoffs and have had some injuries so I'm weighing who to bring up and this would be a consideration.
