In my honest opinion, Pittsburgh best belongs in the NL, while the Brewers belong best in the AL. I'd perhaps suggest two nine-team divisions in each league, or four five-team divisions in each league, for less complexity with the playoff setups for that overall league, if it were me, I think. I'm also not really in favor of allowing wild-card teams, to be honest, if they don't actually have to be there at all.
Of course, it's your game, as always, so you can do as you wish. But why not bring back some older team names, and evoke a more classical feel to the league, if and whenever you can? Just a few thoughts here, that's all, which you can take or not as you wish, you know.
