No we weren't beta testing at this time in they cycle last year. Game has always released 3 days early for pre-order.
The program tonight is a question answer format. I think too they are going more in depth on the features. Keep in mind, as Matt has noted before, some features are not announced as they are still adding some and making sure others work as intended.
