By the way, I came here to make a follow-up comment. One of the benefits of not having the Thanks button is that you no longer have to worry about whether to thank people every time they make a comment. And then, if you do, whether you have thanked everybody in the vicinity who should have been thanked. All in all, I don't miss it and don't wish for its return.
