Last-second suggestions for improving draft pools (historical)

This is sort of last second, but I would like to have the option for these two options which I hope require minor tweaks. These are two suggestions with random debut in mind, as leagues tend to end up being watered down unless you set things up a certain way.

- Option to have undrafted players become free agents instead of going to college and re-entering draft next year. This could make sense for fictional/foreign leagues where young players don't necessarily play in college. Undrafted players tend to be lower quality than the average generated/historical player, so they usually water down drafts if they re-enter them.

- Don't delete retired players with no stats. In a random debut historical league, this often results in low-rated players recycled in later drafts, and eventually waters down the drafts too. There is an option to not delete players with no major league stats, but players with no minor league stats at all are still deleted.
