OK listen, JJ Abrams already did this whole creating an alternate reality time travel tunnel.

No more reboots.

Edit - I think, if you first rename that alternate league (I assume it comes with a full set of cloned minor leagues, so you'd have to rename all those minor leagues, too, I'd go with like... numbers for names. 1, 2, 3, etc...) then you go to the MLB menu at the top, go to Reports & Info ---> List all MLB players, then pick the renamed MLB2020 league, and then tick off include minor league players, that should be every player in that league and all associated minor leagues. Select all, right click, and delete.

MAKE SURE TO MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR LEAGUE BEFORE YOU DO THIS IN CASE I'M WRONG.
