drafting
I have been playing this game for over year and still struggle putting together a decent team. Like drafting i'm horrible at ir. The truth is i still do not know how to draft.
Do you guys draft based on a players potential ratings? or does it matter as long as his work ethic and intelligence are high? I see players ith those high ratings but a low potential ratings so are those type of guys worth the gamble? please gibe me some suggestions on how to draft the best possible way
