Hoping someone can help me figure this out. Trying to play a historical game with historical rookies but no draft, so the rookies should appear as free agents in the offseason. But that's not happening. I've tried different things, yet no rookies appear as free agents. (Rookies appear when the draft is on, just not as free agents when the draft is off.)


Here are screenshots showing my settings for importing rookies as free agents and NOT disabling rookie free agents. Any idea what I'm missing?
