2013 Historic Start
I started a 2013 play through as the Miami Marlins. I went up until the Amateur Draft and was shocked by what I saw. Majority of the players in the draft were already at least 2 stars and many 3. Also there was a 4 star 26 year old Jose Abreu and also the international free agents for that year were in the draft like Devers and Torres. Does anyone know what happened or what settings I have wrong that could have caused this?
