Yes, if you are wanting a more historically accurate performance from those old time players in your sims, there are numerous settings that you will want to consider. Since Cronin was around six foot tall in the 1920s and evidently had a cannon arm, it makes sense that he played as a prospect catcher for 99 games one year, and then 90 games another season in the minors before establishing himself as a shortstop.
