Yep. I've seen this with this version and the last one as well.

I just have to remember to close OOTP when I walk away from my PC for a long period of time.

The thing about it is if you click the x, then click around where the "Do you want to exit, Yes or No" boxes are, if you hit yes, it will shut down normally.
