The red-hot Claiborne Redbirds copped their 5th straight game with an 8-2 trashing of the Bayou Bleu Blues... Claiborne upped its league league in the South Island Primary League to 2 games over second place Mystic... the Mariners were bushwhacked by the Des Allemands Eagles 6-2...it was Mystic's third consecutive loss.
