I just purchased OOTP21 and was interested in starting out at the rookie leagues. I selected mlb league. I was looking at some teams and noticed that some don't seem to have enough batters (at least one team had none at all, just pitchers). Other teams do not have players filled in some positions. Which is why I wondered if these leagues are not meant to be played in? Are there other leagues that are also in a similar state? thanks.
