The Adamond Bruins won their second championship, beating the Crestmont Bobcats in six games. Reed Turner had ten hits and drove in eight runs to win the series MVP.
Center fielder Aksel Petterson of the Timberton Dragons won the Player of the Year Award, hitting .325 with 28 home runs and 96 RBI. The Silverley Mustangs' Frisco Cespedes was the Pitcher of the Year, with a 22-6 record and 2.42 ERA. The Bruins' Stuart Ruley (.295/25/90) was the Rookie of the Year, and the Freeton Crusaders' Sal Sauza won the Reliever of the Year (19 saves, 2.69 ERA).
Miguel Bello won his second Gold Glove award.
In other news, the storied Freeton franchise has moved away from its previous nickname- and will now be known as the Freeton Cougars.
