8 May 2299 - Alchemy Accident Sidelines Chillingworth
Jamaica Plain Red Rockets minor league SS Roger Chillingworth of the Haymarket Mall Commandos will miss some time after an alchemy experiment of attempting to turn teddy bears into bottle caps exploded in his face, injuring him.
Chillingworth had the idea from a book he found in a shop in Salem titled "The Leech." Jamaica Plain team officials have warned other players with Haymarket Mall that untrained experiments with impossible science should be avoided. According to one unnamed source, the team told players to "focus on realistic science like laser rifles and pulse mines, or, just, you know, drink your brahmin milk and pump iron."
