Does scouting accuracy and "incorporate stats into scouting reports" affect AI evaluation?
Like if you set scouting accuracy to very low, will all AI-controlled teams also have a very low accuracy when scouting players? And if you incorporate stats in scouting reports, will they also take this into account?
