Question, I'm trying to get the most accurate possible ratings for my own use. I selected commisioner mode.. Is there anything else I need to do? I want something more accurate than head scout and OSA ratings.
Also, when I choose Live Start date.. does that only update MLB player ratings or also MILB and foreign league player ratings?
