I'm not sure if it is possible but do personality/traits change overtime? Like can players become better leaders and such? I haven't noticed them change so I'm thinking it isn't in the game.

If it isn't in the game I think it would be pretty cool to have some sort of evolution happen much like their injury rating evolving. Maybe older players who haven't won a WS become less greedy and such. Just a thought.
