Players as GM's
In the early years of the NHL some players are also the GM's of their respective teams. e.g Art Ross, Newsy Lalonde. Playing as Toronto in 1917-18, I was able to trade for Ross, but he also continued to carry on as GM for the Montreal Wanderers.
It might make more sense if these players were untradeable, or perhaps they could at least resign as GM once they have agreed to trade themselves to a rival team ?
