The modifiers ARE quite different. I did this to try and mimic the offensive environments, which can vary pretty heavily by conference. If you're looking for nation-wide modifiers, the Big Ten modifiers are pretty close to national averages.

This is a college-only Quickstart, so there is no draft and no MLB in this save.
