TIGERS TAME 1ST-PLACE SAINTS IN SISL UPSET
The lowly Meraux Tigers rode strong pitching to upset the first-place St. Dominic Saints in South Island Supreme League play Sunday afternoon... the Tigers blanked the Saints 2-0... there was a second tight pitcher's duel at Guedon, where the Gators were beaten by Bar Harbor 3-1 in 11 innings.
