Sadly even then, today people find it more easy to still ask the question over reading through FAQ's sadly. The someone will come in and say "Well its in the FAQ go and read it" it will make the person angry, and they leave. We live in a world where people get easily offended. sometimes its just easier to bite our tongues and just answer the same question for the 100th time
I know it sucks and is annoying.
