As you know, one can create new nations to use in-game, with cities and the like present for them. I'd like to be able to include data for either Ruthlandia, Tycobbia, or both nations in my games when desired, and having that information might prove quite helpful in the future for me, I think. Especially if I decide to create my own version of the IPA, of course. It may not have 64 teams in it, at least not at first, obviously, but at least it might allow me to have a version of the IPA as well, you know.

Thank you for your time and all here, then. Talk to you later, if and when possible, Lord willing, I'm sure. CD out.
The towns in the IPA range from 50,000 to 100,000... no large metro areas in Islandia.

Just decide how many teams you want... personally I would just keep it small... no more than 12-16 teams... two subleagues with 6-8 teams each... and the first place teams would play for the overall title... no wild cards... just league winners would make the playoffs... give them a name and nickname... and create a league... it's that simple.

You are a good writer... create your own town histories... 12 to 16 histories wouldn't be too much to do... do a basic history of the country, too... I would never have a 64-team league like my IPA... it's too hard to administer and maintain.

If I were you, I would use towns, logos, jerseys and caps that you have already collected and use them in your new league.

That way all the graphics work has been done and all you have to do is play the league using good graphics done by the best designers, txranger, knuckler, low, Lawn Loaf and a few other talented designers.

That would be the easy way to do it.
