P Marcelino de la Rosa, also injured during the game and already suffering from a mild hamstring strain, had back stiffness. They expected that to be gone by tomorrow,but the hammy would linger for a few more days.

Trudy's report on Charlie Faber is a strained rib cage muscle that she figures to take a full month to go away. She says he can still play with it, but he is not all that great at full health, so we will put him on the DL.

Fun fact: I was looking over the archives, reminiscing about those wonderful days in 2001 when we lost 108 games, and found a few interesting tidbits. Who scored the first run ever in a Jays game? It was Charlie Faber, as a member of the Richmond Robins! Also, P Del Warwick's first ever win was against the Jays as a member of these Rochester Roosters.
