I would really love to see a Friends List option in PT that would allow 30 like-minded PT players to occupy the same league and stay together without being subject to promotion or relegation. That is, a Friends List where the teams stay together week-to-week. I believe this would allow groups of players to voluntary streamline their rosters and avoid the copycat rosters that proliferate in PT. Some of us just want to carve out our little niche, and not necessarily chase the big dogs.

Also, what is the reason for the horrible scheduling that sees two teams play 10 or more games in a month? It really detracts from the realism.
